P+F Classes
Functional Training
Build strength, mobility, and endurance through dynamic movements that enhance everyday performance. These classes are designed to improve how you move and feel in daily life by focusing on balance, stability, and efficiency.
HIIT + Cardio
Challenge yourself with high-energy intervals that alternate between intense effort and recovery. These classes may include bootcamp-style strength circuits, functional plyometrics, and dance fitness to keep your heart rate up and you moving.
Pilates
A mix of classes offered which includes a modern take on Pilates that blends Pilates and strength training, along with Pilates sculpt. Controlled movements that are designed to enhance posture, balance, and endurance.
a little about me
Hi! I'm Whitney.
I've always been passionate about fitness, movement, and overall health. Growing up, I played sports, stayed active into adulthood, and eventually found joy in leading and motivating others who shared the same goal—getting better.
What started as coaching youth volleyball led me to become a certified group fitness instructor and senior fitness specialist. I love bringing people together to encourage, challenge, motivate and support one another in reaching their fullest potential.
I truly believe movement is a privilege—something we often take for granted until we can't. And yes, exercise can be fun (believe it or not). My goal is to create a space where everyone feels empowered, supported, and inspired to show up, work hard, have fun and improve every day.
