Hi! I'm Whitney.
I've always been passionate about fitness, movement, and overall health. Growing up, I played sports, stayed active into adulthood, and eventually found joy in leading and motivating others who shared the same goal—getting better.
What started as coaching youth volleyball led me to become a certified group fitness instructor. I love bringing people together to encourage, challenge, motivate and support one another in reaching their fullest potential.
I truly believe movement is a privilege—something we often take for granted until we can't. And yes, exercise can be fun (believe it or not). My goal is to create a space where everyone feels empowered, supported, and inspired to show up, work hard, have fun and improve every day.
